The Border Terrier breed excels in agility and endurance. Socialize them well from puppies, the dogs can be great companion for family of all ages and other dogs, but not with birds and rabbits. They like to live closely with their owners and good natured.

Characteristics and temperaments: By nature, Border Terrier dogs are good-tempered, obedient and easily trained because they are willing to please their owner. They are alert, lively, affectionate and like to dig.
Care: The coat needs brushing on a weekly basis. Grooming is recommended to keep him in the perfect shape.
Training and activity: This breed is a quick learner. Regular outdoor exercise like running and playing keep the dog happy. Plenty of exercise is required due to its nature of being bred to hunt and having great stamina and energy.
