The Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed is a strong, muscular, active and agile terrier. They are active, highly intelligence, and persistent. This breed has good reputation with children. If you plan to adopt a puppy, make sure the handler is experienced with dogs and firm in training.

Coat: close to skin, smooth and short.

Characteristics and temperaments: The Staffordshire Bull Terrier is a brave, loving and obedient breed. They have strong power compared to their size and energetic. As a puppy they tend to chew a lot. This breed will do okay in apartment. They are very active indoors.

Care: The coat is easy to groom. Daily brushing is all he needs to keep the coat in top condition.

Training and activity: These dogs like to play and work. They possess great stamina and must have plenty of exercise to be happy and healthy. Never let the dogs off-leash unless they are in safe and secured areas. They are also fast learners. Training should be done in a consistent manner.
